The girls, and guy [YUM], of the new hit series Pretty Little Liars are undeniably easy to look at, to say the least. But what we want to know is how these gorgeous people found their jaw-dropping rocker-chic outfits for the 2010 Teen Choice Awards. Come on, girls - give us the 411! They took home the surfboard for Best Summer TV Show, but could have easily won for Best Dressed!
